Try Baked Sweet Potatoes Fries. When kids say no to the color orange, have them help with preparing sweet potatoes fries. Gabriel loves them raw and baked.  
1. Wash
2. Peel & cut lenth wise ( Mom or Dad)
3. Baste with olive oil using brush.
4. Bake on 350 for 15-20 minutes.
